This instant switch back to day shift is fucking me so hard. I was so tired all day yesterday and I got into bed around 9pm. I was sooo tired that I decided to sleep. However, as SOON as I neared the edge of unconsciousness, I would wake up instantly. I had such high fucking anxiety and I couldn’t determine what it was from. I tossed and turned all night. I even took a god damn Benadryl which I swore I would never take again and that didn’t even help me. Sickening. Now I have a full 10 hours of work ahead of me and I’m just dreading it.
I can’t wait until 8pm rolls around and I can just shower, lay in bed and, bust a thick nut and play GTA Liberty City stories.
