I cannot believe this.
Some insanely unlike moments which have played out in the past 4 weeks:
- We scrape into the playoffs by the grace of the Marlins winning.
- First game of the Wildcard against the Cards. Down 2 going into the 9th. Score 6 runs to take the lead and win the game and then the series.
- Win Game 1 against the Braves on the road.
- Hoskins crushes a 3 run home run against Strider in Game 3. [Alternate incredible view]
- J.T Realmuto hits an inside the park home run in game 4 to close the series out and take down the reigning champs.
- Win game 1 against the Padres on the road.
- Game 4. Rhys fucking Hoskins. Enough said.
- Game 5. Harper with a home run no one will ever forget to win the game and close the series.
I have no words for this team right now. I just have no words.
