I was so tired all day yesterday and I got into bed around 9pm. I was sooo tired that I decided to sleep. However, as SOON as I neared the edge of unconsciousness, I would wake up instantly. I had such high fucking anxiety and I couldn&#8217;t determine what it was from. I tossed and turned all night. I even took a god damn Benadryl which I swore I would never take again and that didn&#8217;t even help me. Sickening.
